1. How can I place an order with your company?

Please use the apply for account link above to submit your details. Once your account is approved you will receive a confirmation email through the email provided. Once you're logged in you can use our Order System to place your orders. We can also accept purchase orders via email at orders@easternperfume.com. We also have price-lists in CSV format available for download at any time.

2. What type of payments are accepted?

We currently accept payments via Wire Transfer, ACH, or Credit Card.

3. Are shipping costs included in the price of items?

No, shipping costs are not included. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout using our discounted carrier rates. We can support orders of all sizes. From small ground shipments, through to full container loads.

4. Do you have an excel price-list?

Yes we have an inventory file available with product data, UPC#, MOQ, case details and pricing.

5. Do you drop ship?

We do not offer drop shipping services at this time.
