1. How can I place an order with your company?

Please use the apply for account link above to submit your details you can also submit an application through this link: Application Link. Once your account is approved you will be provided with a login password using the email provided. There you can go ahead and log in to view our in stock inventory and place your orders. We can also accept purchase orders via email at orders@easternperfume.com. Once your account is approved we will also send over a price-list in excel format.

2. What type of payments are accepted?

We currently accept payments via Wire Transfer, ACH, or Credit Card.

3. Are shipping costs included in the price of items?

No, shipping costs are not included. We are more than happy to provide you with a shipping estimate using our discounted carrier rates. We can support orders of all sizes. From small ground shipments, through to full container loads.

4. Do you have an excel price-list?

Yes we have an inventory file available with product data, EAN#, MOQ, case details and pricing.

5. Do you drop ship?

We do not offer drop shipping services at this time.
